Abortion Stories

The abortion debate is never far from the headlines. In 2018, more than 200,000 women in England and Wales terminated a pregnancy, but many find it hard to share their stories with even their closest friends and family. For a series on Woman’s Hour, reporter Henrietta Harrison spoke to five listeners about their personal stories. Some of them were talking about their experience for the first time…

‘Clare’
